TK, Help Me Out Here

Last night i was grilling up a few skinless chicken boobs and threw on a few foil packets with veggies and peppers.

Problem was, heat was two hot under the foil and burned a little bit.

TK, I read a recent post where you used foil as a heat deflector/reducer and was wondering how that worked?

Its great that we finally have an expert here on foil usage.

Not gonna speak for tk, but when I do foil packs, I move 'em to a lower heat area on the grill. The moisture in the vegies heat and steams 'em real quick.

Ground chuck and vegies in the same foil pack make a great meal.
