I do reviews. And I pay for the stuff I review Neil. Well, except for the cherry and pecan rubs, but, I will be paying for more of them soon enough.

I just cooked my very first brisket this weekend. I put simply marvelous season all on it the night before. I smoked it for 16 hours at 200 deg. It turned out great. The rub was a perfect flavor on the meat. I couldn't have asked for a better combination. Thanks Steph
