Turd Racks

Mike devised a new turd rack that works great. Kinda hard to explain, but he found some shelving-type racks aout 4"x12", that clip perfectly onto his cooking grates. We thread about 6 turds onto square metal skewers and hang the turds perpendicular across the racks. It sure beats laying them down on the grate, and allows for a lot more space than the chili pepper holders I've seen. It should be really easy to make something similar.

A turd rack like that would give you a visual idea of how the heat is distributed in the cook chamber.

I had a block of habanero cheese that is too farking hot to be eaten sliced up. So I melted some down and blended it with cream cheese for stuffing the turds on Saturday. Worked out to be 2 parts (8 oz) cream cheese to 1 part (4 oz) of habanero cheese. Outstanding - nice bite to them.
