I thought i would make a little area for questions to be asked about the ribolator since i had a question.

How finicky is the ribolator when it comes to balancing your food? If i only wanted to do three racks of ribs(or racks of whatever) do i need to offset the weight on the other side equally or close? I only ask because in sciences classes we would need to balance a centrifuge to ballast the weight.

Thanks, im sure ill have more questions and ill put them here:)

One more question. Is the ribolator vendor on AMAZON you? I want to make sure its the real deal. I would buy it elsewhere, but i have amazon gift cards burning a hole in my pocket.

it's me, and as far as weight offset, many times i only use one or 2 trays. you can do 1 or 4 racks of ribs and it will turn fine. allot depends on the motor you use as some turn smooth no matter how uneven the weight , and others not as smooth but will still work.
