I cannot stress how awesome Dale's marinade is, especially for a highly stressed, chaotic family, like mine.

We don't have hours and hours to prepare dinners and stuff, so its always on the run.

So last night, I had only 45 minutes to prep dinner, but I had to drive mom (babysitter) home which takes 1/2 hour.

3 boneless skinless in Dales Marinade, go drive her home, comeback and fire up Ken (gas grill) and throw them on, slice up some peppers (quartered) throw them out there with 15 min to go, Corky's Sauce from TN on the boobs, dinner ready right on time.

Dales first ingredient is Soy Sauce, and it tells. In 1 Tbs, there is 1260mg sodium. That **** opens up the pores of any meat in no time.

So if you can find the stuff, and you don't have alot of time to properly marinade, I highly recommend it.

If it catches on, that will be 3 major contributions by MikeG (SoFlav, Dreamland, and Dales) Someone else mentioned using Dales all the time.

I put it on a tri tip this past weekend, hope to cut into that tonight.

I tried Dales last weekend thanks to some help from a local Bro. fidel24 a.k.a. Mitch. Used it on boneless beef ribs. Soaked overnight, very intense soy sauce flavor. Liked it for a change of pace. Adkins friendly. Will not soak as long next time to compare results. May also add some heat too. 8)

Bill,
You have discovered one reason why Dales' is so popular.
It works very fast.
Try this...add a little A1 to the Dales'. Marinate a good steak
an hour or two at room temp.
Locals is Birmingham claim Dales' has never changed(Since 1946).
Glad you like it!!

I use about 3 Table spoons of A1 in a cup of Dales', but that's
nothing other than the way I like it.
hey Bill .... from the South for sure..
My daughter gave me measuring spoons for a pinch, a dab, and
a smigen. (Christmas)

After all the nutting, you sure you wanna go there? I can picture it now - you'll be watering your lawn this summer with Dale's

my dad used dale's all the time and I got real sick of it. I only like to use dry rubs now with a little worcestershire.
