I saw my first real life NB Bandera this weekend at Low's its a little different from my Char-broil 'dera. the firebox/grill doesnt have the multiple slats to adjust the height of the rack above the charcoal. The rib rack is different in that it is all connected, it isnt two seperate pieces like mine. And there were several rods thath reach across the smoker with several hooks hanging from them. Also the firebox/grill was on the oposite side of the smoker. My grill is to the right of the smoke box. Price was about $250.
