700 for doing pizzas but it can run at normal baking temps. I like them better than just a straight pizza oven much more versital.

Here's the skinny - it is the creation of a New Zeland or Aussie ( I get them mixed up) Who created it a few years back. Its a well insulated unit and is much better made unit than the adobe pizza oven made from clay. This is a very sturdy /durable pizza Oven. A guy named Foy in North Central Indiana bought the rights to distribute it in North America. It heats up to 700degrees in 20 minutes and comes in 4 different sizes. It can also be used to make many other BBQ type entree's.

I had him Foy use my Appalachian Smokers and another compressed wood - to see if the wood would work in his ovens. Came back with mixed results. We have since improved the compressed wood for the Oven. If you do get that oven - kiln dried wood like Hot Sticks out of PA is a great starter wood to get the oven up to 700 degree's in like 12-15 minutes and then add "mojobricks" which will keep the temperatures high and steady for much longer times then firewood.
