bbq sauces revisted

Central Market here in Houston had a freebee - sauce from Fischer and Wierser -never heard of them. My wife got the Hellfire&Brimstone - Pugartory level - you need to try this - "a medium level barbeque sauce..." on the bottlle - I don't want to find out what they is high level

The Dreamland arrived today, tried it on some pulled pork tonigh.....it's a keeper! Will offer it to my guests the next time that I fire up the beast. Thank again.

As you can see, no comparison can be drawn between Dreamland and Blues Hog. They are on opposite ends of the spectrum.

Great dipping sauce for sure. Maybe even wings. Just thought of that.

Good thought. With some hot sauce added, might be good with wings.

Blues hog with added hotsauce (daves insanity in my case) IS AMAZING on wings...
