Well on Sunday, I finally got a chance to try Dale's Marinade. Put boneless pork chops in it for an hour. Mighty tasty stuff. First ingredient is Soy Sauce and you can taste it, but not over powering.

Added some Super Smokers sauce right at the end.

Last night, it was 4 boneless skinless chicken boobs rubbed down with Fat Pats Rub and a little So Flav charbroil. Kraft Cajun BBQ sauce at the end.

Again, mighty tasty.

Had to battle the "Oh Fark, the propane tank is empty" mod half way through last night. Had 2 in reserve, so it wasn't too bad.

Your welcome Bill. Dales' is standard stuff in my area. It has been
around for many years (1946) I think. It is an old fashioned marinade,
in that it has real ingredients in it. Unlike some of the current stuff it
doesn't have to sit for 2 days to do the job. Two hours, at room temp,
will usually get it done. Longer is stronger with a good marinade. Like
so flavor it is good on almost anything. Glad you enjoyed it Bill, I am
anxious for you to try the NOODIES..

Send it to Bill. I think it was his first post on this thread that he mentioned draining a bottle.....

I hear ya. Had many cramping and gassy episodes that required a hand check with the cajun. Not sure if it's because I ate mine so fast or if they're that much better than the jalapeno flavor.
