Thanks Darian for shipping so quick.

My question may be dumb but I have to ask. I normally use Italian Dressing as a marinade for chicken. I like the flavor it provides and was wondering if I could add the dressing to the chicken soak along with water or chicken stock? Would the oil block the salt & phosphates from entering the chicken?

I have diluted Italian dressing with water on a number of occasions with good results.

I did it that way because i was running low on dressing and didn't want to have to flip the chicken every few hours.

Absolutly you can. And a great idea I might add. That is the awesome thing about Chicken Soak you can make it your own.
