First cook did el cheapo beef roast and pork butt. Both were pretty good. The small turd and turkey breast are from my second effort. Brisket was dry 'cause I was a hardhead and didn't wrap but we've been through that and I can't wait to try the wrap and unwrap plan. Best secret I can pass along, well seasoned cherry wood, there is no substitute.

That spice rack is missing a lot o' stuff.
It may be missing a few things but its got 10 items that I use besides any salt or sugar to make my rub. Same 10 for everything just dial it in a bit with a little extra this for brisket little extra that for ribs.... can't wait to try the So Flav for the salt content.

Got some Tony C's yesterday, seen it in the store for years never tried it. Ate a little on some potatos last night, that's gonna be good on spares I can tell already, can't wait to put some on french fries.
You guys certainly hooked me up on the hardware end so I'm trusting the brothers advice on the cooking end too.

To me, you can't go wrong with Tony C's. I was reluctant to try it, but I'm certainly glad I did. if I don't have 2 containers now in the pantry, the KIDS start panicing! LOL
---------------------------------
Try this:
2-3 cans green beans
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbl spn dehydrated onions
Tony C's to taste (about a teaspoon, your choice)
Kids love it and want it 2-3 times a week! I'm sure Southern Flavor will get the same results.
