I am looking to help out a team in North Carolina. I am fairly new to BBQ but I am going to be taking a judging class next month.

I would be up for helping out out in any way.

I don't do many, but would consider the help... also I have a buddy that I helped out a LOT last year, that lives in Winston Salem. I will call and see if he is interested in some help when ever I can't help him.
