Hello everyone, My name is Chris, I'm 37 years old, I am a Web Designer/ Graphic artist/ Dj/Kj. Been smoking for just a few years with an el cheap-o upright cooker...and cooked in a few barrel smokers have had pretty good results. I would really ramp myself into local comp cooking. I have no Idea where to start, hopefull you guys can help me along a little. Its nice to have a place to talk about this, without driving my wife and non cooking friends crazy.

thanks guys
