She hates any thing that is smoked that is why I gots a whole brisket in the frig for this week end (might even pick up some ribs today). She hates the fact that it is in the frig in the first place and then when I start the prep it is worse. It just recharges the batteries in the Kitchenbitchamatic!

Just sliced the brisket.

Was in the cooler for 3 hours.

came down to 155.

It was awesome.

Sliced the whole thing, so I can keep dipping into it whenever I want.

Chicken boobs came off too.

Had an odd WSM experience I'll post in another thread to see if anyone else ever had this happen.

Drumsticks were excellent, ended up throwing them in the wsm instead. Still have a little to learn about that monster.
