I hope everyone is well. I got a call from someone who wants me to cater dinner for his Super Bowl Party. He wants sliced brisket, pulled chicken, slaw, mac-n-cheese, carrots & green beans. He said plan on 75 people. He wants to do it family style, so I told him I will break it down into separate containers for him. What should I charge?? It's super bowl as well!
2 meats, 4 sides and delivered hot. At least $18 per person and probably should be more like $20. That's assuming you want to start a serious catering business.
You also don't mention buns for the chicken, plates, cutlery, napkins so these would be extra.
