Been frying a lot of chicken lately and wanted something different. Checked the poultry brine recipe in the recipe files. Cut up three chickens and mixed up the brine with alittle garlic powder thrown in. Set in the fridge for 24 hours, rinsed and soaked in clean water fr a couple of hours (changed water twice). Simply rolled in flour and deep fried in my turkey fryer. I thought it was good and everybody that had some loved it even thre professional chef/cook next door. It's well worth the effort to try if you need some chicken.
