You can look forward to an interview with the winner of the Jack, an article covering the Big 4 comps and an interview with Mario Batali.

As we are wrapping up issue two we are finalizing plans for issue three. If there is anything that you would like to see covered, please let us know.

How about a step by step green egg table build (wood and or metal, like sams tables) or an article on a back yard built smoke item?? Scott

It might ignite another firestorm, but maybe a pros/cons on pellet poopers and stick burners?

How about "the wood you choose and the wood you use" tie it into the out break of the Emerald ash borer beatle and the other beetles that have destroyed millions of acres of timber in the USA. I also vote for the pellet grill and stick burner article. Treager should be in their 25th year this year or next...

The first issue was great. You might also consider a section for short tips and tricks. For example: BigDog showed me that he used cooking oil as a charcoal lighter. I have since passed it along to many friends and family and they have all changed to that method. It even works great with my chimney lighter, getting the charcoal up to heat much faster.
