I just went into www.porkinthepark.org (http://www.porkinthepark.org) and there are already 67 teams signed up for Salisbury, Md. Looks like this year will be huge by April, can't wait!

I judged at this event last year. It is a great event and the organizers were great. I plan to be there again this year.
There were over 90 teams last year so I am not sure on the impact of the show.

Sandy has a limit of 100 teams. If you are interested in doing this one, get you application in soon. At a minimum, email Sandy along with the form and let her know you're coming.
The numbers go up each year. Since it's the first one of the year in the mid-Atlantic area, it pulls in a lot of teams from the northeast and mid-Atlantic area.
website is showing 102 teams signed up
I cooked this contest in its first year and I believe there were 18 teams.

Splitting hairs but there are 100 teams. Two teams are listed twice. Burning Hot Unknowns and BBQ Guru can also be found with the title "The".
If, indeed, the team limit is 100, I am surprised not to see ISS.
I thought they would come back to defend.

Yeah, I believe Jack McDavid was reserve... I'm sure he was thrilled.
