Hi,

What would you like see covered in a review of a smoker or grill in Smoke Signals?

As a prospective buyer, what's important to you?

If possible it would be nice to know if the reviewer has actual experience with the unit, is new to the unit or somewhere in between. It would also be nice if reviews could somehow be broken into experienced and less experienced cooks. This is a lot to ask, but, it would make a difference to me.

That is an excellent request and we will certainly honor it.

We will also include information such as how long optimal temperature is maintained, how accessible things are, what type of fuel we were using, what type of meat and what was the weight, etc.

Thanks for the input!

Along with those questions - how much product will actually fit in a practical manner. Briskets vs butts vs spares vs turkeys, etc.
