My buddy bought a Charbroil Silver Smoker (fka NB Silver) last summer. We did all the mods recommended by Phil and have had quite successful results with super clean burns. Wait till you see the farking mod we've been working on. It might be done this weekend. Hopefully I'll post pics by then.

Well - just got done cookin' approx 24 quarts of chili at the lodge for their farking superbowl party tomorrow, and had too many buds while doing it. So while my daughter drove me to my buddy's house, I realized I forgot the farking digital. DDDUUUHH.

But the mod is done and llooks great. I'll get the ppics up soon.
