I sent some of my rub to friends and family and now I have their friends wanting to purchase some. How do you go about selling it? Do you need a commercial kitchen to make it in?

$200ish, depends on type of bottles, ingrediants, shipping etc.

Between 2-5 bucks/lb for bulk. Depends on your ingredients. how much does 50 lb of rub cost? ballpark
