We've had great weather this weekend. Hope everyone is safe and warm!!

yeah, well it was like 2 degrees last night. I cooked 6 shell steaks on the kettle over a load of hickory, mesquite and lump. It was so friggin cold my fingers went numb loading the chimney and prepping the kettle, had to come in and soak them in warm water to get the feeling back.. But i had a major urge for grilled steaks and a lttle subszero wasnt gonna stop me. Expecting 8 inchs of snot tomorrow and 3 days of ice.
I want to move to Southern California.

Did the beef stew in the crock pot.
Added a few handfuls of cubed smoked brisket that I keep in the fridge from the last Q.
Hmmm. Brisket stew.

southern california has biga$$ wildfires, man-eating mountain lions, and
is geologically immature (whole lotta shakin goin on).
move to texas instead.
