Hello guys and girls, I'm not only new to the forum, I'm new to even the concept of competition BBQ, and just how much of a big deal it all is in the beautify US of A!
Stumbled across a show on the internet called BBQ Pitmasters and now I'm hooked.
A little about me:
I live on the south cost of England, where there is an abundance of fish, and this year I plan on building a small cold smoker to try and preserve some of the catch....so if anyone can point me in the right direction for cold smoking here it would be much apprechiated!
I work as a freelance illustrator, am a avid pipe smoker running a forum on the subject at pipechat.info (http://pipechat.info) if any of your want to trade one smoke for another!
Also interested in electronics, and building small machines and computers. and hope to use this to build a computerised regulator for my cold smoker.
