I love descriptive subject lines...
its Rain/Sleet/Snowing outside right now... about an inch of snot... not snow... snot... on the ground now... going outside in 30 minutes to fire up a batch of coals so I can make beer can chicken in the beast... wife bought 2 8.5 pound birds... rubbing with emerils original and shoving an onion/garlic/miller lite can up the rear and letting the 'dera get up to 325-350 or so... should take about 2 hours (hopefully)... I'd do them on the weber but the are too damn big... large farking chickens... damn near a small turkey...
anyway... all you who are too wimpy to grill/smoke these days can go take a leap...
I will post some pictures of our lovely weather later...
