Greg just sent me a replacement for Ely.

Its this long handled wedge knife dealie I've been hearing so much about.

Thanks Greg!!!

I can't wait to cut into a frozen pork but with that thing.

He also sent a bottle of Greek Seasoning.

Greg, is it a rub, a seasoning, a spice (or all)

Of course it will get tested on everything (cept cereal) and I cant wait to make greek pork chops with it.

Thanks again Greg, you really didnt need to.

It's an overgrown hatchet. with a handle sized half way between a hatchet and an ax. Can't be a real man without something to split wood with.

That Cavender's is as unique as southern flavor. Try it lightly on just about anything but very lightly because it is fairly strong. I love it on my eggs in the morning and I usually put it on my bacon wrapped scallops.

Hey I love the Cavender's. I use it on almost everything. It's a season salt though, unless you get the salt free kind. I use the salt free as a rub on a lot of things I Que. I like the Southern Flavor to so now it's gonna be hard to choose between them. Oh what the hell I'll just start doing 2 of everything one seasoned with each.

No problem, this morning I had geusts for breakfast. I made omelettes with smoked turkey and cheddar and put some cavender's on them. Everybody raved. The hash browns had southern flavor. Same response. I love it when a breakfast comes together.

We were supposed to have mimosas with breakfast, but they refused to crack the bottle of Dom that I had and mix it with orange juice. I am not a champagne fan, somebody gave me the damned thing and I've been trying to get rid of it for 6 months now. Geuss I will have to save it for the spring bash.

You know, I don't think that I have had multiple 24 packs of Charmin in the house at one time. Usually a 24 pack is a good enough stock up.

Well once your peanuts come in, you'll start buying Charmin in bulk :)
