Time to restock the freezer.

We had pork ribs down here last week for .99. My wife bought ONE RACK. Gonna have to work on that. :cry:

I stopped by the grocery store earlier and they had one 4 pound butt for .79 a pound. I asked if they had more. He said yeah, but at 1.29 per pound.

the 79center was closer to sell by date. the 1.29 was fresher.

Go back Monday. All will be .79

Walmart has them here for .99 per pound most of the time.

Pork prices haven't dropped much here. Butts, bone in 1.29 to 1.39 a pound. Slab ribs around 1.99 a pound. I can buy whole briskets for 1.28 to 1.42 a pound all day long. Last year this time I could find butts and slab ribs for .89 to 1.09 a pound.
