I'm putting on my fur lined jock strap tonight and grilling some jalapeno sausage. Wish I could smoke them but don't have the time just the hankering. Chicago style bums three pepper mustard, knock your dick in the dirt good.

I have to admit that that would be a sight to behold!! :D

Grilling will be great - even when I lived in Texas we usually grilled the sausage -- down San Antonio way we'd grill 'em up and do up some pepper and onions and grab the mustard or sauce and some tortillas!!

Man, good thing I just ate lunch!! I'd be drooling all over the keyboard!! :mrgreen:

When the sausage finished on the grill last night I split it and added some pepper jack cheese. After melting the cheese added the usuall. It made you want to tap dance on the table. :shock:
