It does okay for a short farker like me. But a guy here at work went to use his New Year sday on a briskett. He like to run it at 400* for 30 to 45 minutes before going to th smoke mod. So puts it on at 4 am at 400* falls asleep wakes up at 10am to find the nicest smelling boot leather you have ever seen.

My friend has the exact model - 24" wide bought about 3 months ago. We've used it a few times when day-time temps and/or wind chill drop below 25. It turns out good Q but IMO takes all the fun out of Q'ing. Fire tending and beer chugging is the way to go.

I saw the "bigger" model befoe Christmas. For EasyQue I think it would be excellent -- that bigger cooking chamber just begs to be loaded up :D

I read some where once that Mickey D’s , or maybe
Burger King cooked up a sh*t load of hamburgers
just to get a perfect one for a commercial. After that
everybody discovered the wonderful world of PLASTIC.
HMMMMMMMMM!!!! Ya Think!!!

Looks to me like it might be the perfect cooker to take on my twelve day camping trip to West Virginia each year, where I already take a variety of LP appliances...and cook for ALOT of people..... either that or the WSM and then I have to haul charcoal as well as propane... might come in handy around Philly here also when I don't want to babysit the Bandera in a single digit environment, but I still want brisket my (read that 'TK's') way.....

JUst might have to get me one of these....
