Eric Q, Cooper Thermometer

While Greg and I were freezing our asses off doing the patio mod, I field tested a digital intant read from Eric Q, made by Cooper.

This is one really sweet little unit. You can set a high an low range, and I left it a minute or two in the Pa Kettle with little adverse affect.

I went to the bulls game smelling of apple wood smoke and chicken swirls.

Thanks Eric, that is a nice thermometer Xmas present.
