Donny does not post here, so I thought I'd pass this text I received on as we are talking classes....
"Cooking Class is Feb 5th and 6th. Sperry City Hall, starts 5pm, 500/person, 100/spouse. Class will cover 4 KCBS categories, meat selection, seasoning, cooking, boxes, presentation. Entry form will be on www.buffalosbbq.com (http://www.buffalosbbq.com) in a day or two. Thanks Donny"
Sperry is about 20 minutes north of Tulsa, Southwest flies in cheap.
