Turkey fryers

I know a lot of us count turkey fryers in our cooking arsenals. Check out "The Ultimate Turkey Fryer Cookback" by Reece Williams. He's the foundser of the Cajun Injector brand of injectibloe marinades so naturally they are used in just about every recipe. He has a couple of hundred recipes for stuff including desserts, beef, seafood and more to cook in a deep fryer. I am even going to try some in my deep fryer in the kitchen. I saw the book in Wal-Mart but got it 3 dollars cheaper including postage off of ebay.
