I bought this stuff from costco and used it with one of my brined turkeys at Thanksgiving. I thought is was very good. It is sweet but has a real noticeable kick. It almost has the consistentency of preserves.

Just bought another 2 bottles. If you want some, but can not find it at your local Costco let me know.

That sounds good!

We are still working on our quart of Blue's Hog - it has a fruit zip to it, too.

Picked up some Apple-Chipotle while up north -- haven't opened it yet.

Put a block of cream cheese in a flat salad plate and pour that stuff over it till it covers it , makes a great spread for crackers. Just had that at thanksgiving.

That stuff is awesome... I will rotisserie a pork loin then cover each slice with some of that rasp-chip warmed up.

Another good way to use it is to rotisserie a bird and then baste it in that sauce for the last 15 minutes... tasty!

They've also got a peach/habanero sauce out... anyone try that?
