It sucks being out of work, but I have a lot of time for barbecue.
Today it's a 9lb brisket, a corned beef flat, and some bratwurst.
I slathered mustard and rub on the brisket. Coriander and pepper on the corned beef (I know it's not pastrami, but it's close, and it's an experiment). And and the brats are for snacking.
I might make some burgers while I'm at it since there's some hamburger that needs to get cooked up.
