Great job Buzz and company. Make me wonder how cool it would be to drive a trailored smoker up to a street corner in Anywhere US, and start Q'ing the daylights out of the area. BTW - is the Pigman Jim 'ol Man Jim's son?

The folks came out of the woodwork(dumpsters) when we started cooking--besides turkeys we cooked lots of other stuff--probably cooked at least 50lbs of "sampler" stuff---had a buffet line going more than once<bfg> If you were just "giving the food away you probably could set up anywhere--you may lose a little bit on each plate but ya could make it up in volume-hehehehe

And to answer your question pig,man jim and OMJ aren't related and Big Jim is out of that loop too but all live in Florida
