I posted the question on another thread and lost it. Has anyone rolled the meat in salt corns brazilian style before rotisserieing (?) it?
On the technical side, if i were to put a rotisserie in, it would be over a firebox, not in the smoker because for me the purpose would be to sear the outside without burning while the inside slow cooks from the turning.
