Hello all,
I'm Keith from Fort Wayne, IN, as you all probably know from the title :) I found this site while looking for recipes/advice for the brisket I'm going to try on an ECB (with a few mods) this weekend. While looking around I found the amazing contraption you guys call the UDS. You have me hooked, an hopefully I will be able to build on soon. In the mean time while I learn is there any good place start or just go trough the 290 pages of the UDS thread?

I recommend that you start at the beginning... While it's nice to have it done, it's also good to see why it's built that way and avoid some of the mistakes some of us have already made...
