I just saw where Mike & Debbie are holding their last Lotta Bull U for the year in Delight, Arkansas October 23 & 24. Randy and I took Mike and Debbie's first class almost three years ago at Lynchburg. Great opportunity to learn from some BBQ legends.

Gotta chime in on Mike and Debbie's class. I was finishing with a call or two most contests but never making top 10 overall. I took their class and the very next contest (Pickin in the Panhandle) I got Grand Champion. The contest after that (Valley Smokin BBQ Festival) I came in at 3rd overall with a 1st in ribs and a 2nd in pork. I ended up middle of pack in Rocky Mount but I know I didn't execute very well.

If you can get to their class I recommend it. Just my 2 cents and YMMV. :-D
