This should work in any smoker but do not use water pan
1 place peppers on grill
2 when skin begins to blister, rotate
3 when pretty much blistered all over put in plastic bag
4 tightly close bag and allow peppers to steam themselfs
5 when cool enough to handle, pull off skin and pull out core
6 dip in pot of cold tap water to flush out any remaining seeds
I did a couple dozen yesterday and a couple dozen the previous Sunday.
So what to do from here? These are absolutely great on top of a grilled burger with melted chedder. I also like them in omlets with a little chedder. And there is chile rellanos. Turds?
