Carolina_Q from the foothills of North Carolina. I have LOVED THE Q since the first time a morsel touched my tongue.I have several rubs and sauces never competed but have been to a cook off with a local cook team.I was so disappointed but it gave me inspiration. My sauce was a great success within the teams ranks even if they didnt show it,cause they kept sneakin back for more LOL anyways here to learn from the pros very passionate about this and look forward to spending time here maybe meet some of u guys at a comp

Thanx so much for the welcome,this site rocks.Great info,a friendly atmosphere,feels like sittin under some shade trees enjoyin some Q chasin it down with some brews
