Has anyone ever purree'd the leftover smoked turkey and used it like a spread on crackers?

Bet it would go great with that hot pepper jelly.

I gave up puree'd meats when I got teeth -- damn! Talk about something that would gag a goat :D

But then, go for it! The worst that can happen is you have to throw it out.
