Although this month I celebrate my 5th anniversary with my wife, I have another, equally important, anniversary.
This month, I celebrate 1 year together with my Bandera.
It has been a crazy year, as we welcomed this fine addition to our family.
We have dealt with many obstacles and we have watched our little guy grow up and season with age. Helping him through some tough beginnings with a few simple mods, making sure he's bundled up nice to protect him from the elements, and wiping him down with a little oil now and then to protect his skin. We even had to deal with big brother little brother issues as the ECB saw encroachment on his turf.
He shows his gratitude every other weekend without fail.
We are now one big happy family.
Oh yeah, I checked the Hallmark calendar to see what traditionally signifies each anniversary. 1 year anniversary is represented by paper. 5th year anniversary is wood. Do you think the wife would like a cherry wheel (un used)?
