Does any one know where I can find a set of bear claws? You use them to shred up pork to make pulled pork. I know I saw them somewhere?
Thanks

Dave,
Google "Bear Paws." Most have them priced $8.99 - 10.99. The lowest price I've seen yet are at http://www.bbq-grill-smokers.com/BBQ-Accessories.html, Item # 684520 for $ 7.49
Locally? I dunno.

There HAS to be a restaurant supply place nearby that carries these. I've been looking at them too, but shipping on one site doubled the price...8 bucks to ship two little hunks of molded plastic???? BITE ME!
Oh yeah, Foxes BBQ has 'em on ebay too.

I got a pair from the Tradin' Post in August. They are the greatest thing since sliced bread. They also work great for pokin' the meat after you sprinkle it with Adolfs, bur for shredin' they can't be beat.
