Weekend cooking

Can't decide if I want beer up the butt chicken this weekend in the weber or if I want to fire up the band for chicken up the butt and pork butt.....

The only Butt we may see here in Florida this weekend will be sex related (if we get lucky) or a wet dog facing south. Once this rain starts it isn't suppose to stop untill we are an island again.

How true! You are up in the rolling lush hills of Central Florida (lovely Pasco County) while I struggle down here approximately 20' above sea level :D

I'm picking up chicken and/or wings on the way home and hope to fire up the fryer for either hot wings or souther fried chicken -- or maybe Cornell sauce them all and throw them on the gas grill -- I'll have to move the grill under the patio cover but at least I can cook supper while I drain the water out of my pool :D

BTW, I saw some good looking pork butts and briskits at SuperWally yesterday. The briskits were $1.18 a pound. Not Texas priced, but not bad. The butts were 99 cents I believe.

Lake Jovita is a golf course community about a mile from here. They do that one? Can you get me an employee discount if so? My brother wants to live there but I am not suitable for such close proximity to neighbors. Wait till I get this Bandara cranking along with the football games cranked on up on the lania. May not even be suitable for the 5 acres I like on now!
