I have been through four Texas cookbooks this afternoon looking for cherry or blueberry cobbler recipe. A few peach cobblers and found a strawberry rhubarb one. Cherries blueberries are not native to Texas. So you all need to help me here. Please...

Did find a Jalapeno pie interesting. But someone besides Phil will have to peel the peppers unless we want to stand around and watch him get personnal with his pool intake.

Basically, any berry cobbler recipe can be adapted to another berry. Most recipes I see area about 4 cups of berries to 1 cup or so of sugar, a bit of nutmeg and/or cinammon (depending on your taste) and then a bit of water or juice and some corn starch to tighten it up. The crust can be store bought or biscuits or homemade pastry -- again, depends on what you like and how much you want to work (or how sober you/we are :D).

I'll assist with the cobbler and jalapeno peeling, if needed.
