Guys,

well I started welding class today and it was pretty cool. They have a lot of past projects on the grounds of the school. One of these past projects include an hugh stainless steel BBQ (LP), kinda like a 55 gallon drum on a pedestal. It is truely awesome. Maybe I'll take a picture of it.

Anyway, I going to try to learn the basics before I do a project. I am thinking bout a full functioning minuture bandera that will work using a couple of brickettes.

Any ideas let me know, maybe I start making my own verison of the bandera smoker!!!

I'll call it The Craigster

If you make one, I will buy one.

But consider Lazy Q right from the start. No kidding. A few briquettes won't do dick for heat. You know those small side car burners on grills, what if that was your Lazy Q source (not a turkey fryer burner) then a few ceramic briquettes above to retain heat.

Just one question?

Will Craig (NM) be able to make miniature baffles?

:)

I'll have to add a little hook so the snorkel can be hung up.
