Anyone going??? The contest organizer told me they only have 10 or 11 teams confirmed right now so he lowered the entrance fee to $100 with free electricity and told me to spread the word.

I just got off the phone with him as well, and he said the same thing to me, although he said he was only "few" short of the 25 required.

Given it is the only competition near MO/KS/IA that weekend, I am a little surprised they are having a difficult time getting teams...:?:

Yeah I don't know why more aren't set up that way on Labor Day Weekend. Oh well, I guess I'll burn another vacation day. Who needs vacation when you have bbq anyways?

nothing worse then that, lowering the price begging for teams. not fair to everyone who already paid full price, they should all be refunded the difference.
