These are atrting to hit he stores down here. Any idea what they are good for ?

Try a Web search for Hatch Chili Festival. They're supposed to be great and so is the festival.

Hatch grows some of the best chili around. Stuffed as rellenos or use to make green chili they are great. Also they are great grilled with onions and whatever.
