My neabor was out side watering his yard came over and said “Yep, that’s what I told my wife you where doing” he smelled it two house away!

I have a #12 brisket and some pork steaks for lunch inside the best.

Any of you none St Louise’s ever had Pork Steak?

No need for pepper with all the paint flaking off the top of my firebox. I guess it's a good way to season the top though.

Flaking Paint don’t knock it till you try it. Tasted good to me. I have a flat skillet it’s supposed to be for a stove. It’s the kind that sits on top of two burners. I’ll probably use it next time.

Holy $hit - talk about improvising. That looks like a bash breakfast short the brisket and beer.
