Curious, for presentation of a competition Pork Loin; sliced? If so,
approximately how thick?

yes sliced, and make em' nice and thick-1.5". This helps keep in the moisture.

There are no rules for pork loin. Submit it any way you like as long as you don't submit it in the pork category. Automatic Dq!

Whole Shoulder, weighing a minimum of five (5) pounds.
Pork shall be cooked (bone in or bone out) and shall not be
