My name is Dave and I'm out in Queen Creek AZ. I've stood over a grill many times but am new to bbq and smoking. I just picked up a 22 1/2" kettle and a 55 gallon drum, once I get the coal basket together then everything else is ready to go! Thanks for all ot the tips and tricks!
